Work Vacation
We provide a "Work Vacation" policy, contributing up to VND 1,000,000 per day for remote work while traveling. Support days based on tenure: 1 year = 3 days, 2 years = 5 days, 3 years = 7 days
Additional Holidays
Snowball offers extra days off for occasions like International Women’s Day (March 8), Women's Day (October 20), and Christmas (December 25), in addition to statutory holidays.

Each member will receive a birthday gift from the company, and we will organize birthday parties for team celebrations and well-wishes.
